    Reveal will send you a personalised code for each team member to take the online Clifton Strengths Assessment. Once completed, they receive a detailed report outlining their unique strengths.

  • Step Two

    We schedule individual coaching sessions with each team member, lasting 1.5 hours each. During these sessions, individuals uncover their talents and learn how to leverage them for success within the team and organisation.

  • Step Three

    Following the 1:1 coaching conversation, we get together for a team session where we openly discuss our strengths and learn how to communicate with each other effectively.
